The inspection of the sprinkler system will cover all zones or stations on the systems control panel in manual mode only and observe the water flow at the sprinkler heads. This inspection EXCLUDES coverage adequacy, the effectiveness of the anti-siphoning/back-flow devices, pressure or leak testing and the automatic function of the timer, control box or rain sensor.

Sprinkler system is not included with the standard inspection unless the Inspector agrees. Additional fee will apply.
